Match Items Feature

When your system identifies orders that cannot be synced due to mismatched SKUs, this feature allows you to manually link marketplace SKUs to their corresponding Skupreme SKUs, ensuring all your orders are properly processed.

Overview

The "Match Items" feature is designed to help you resolve SKU mismatches between your marketplace (such as Wayfair, WooCommerce, etc.) and Skupreme. 

When Does the "Match Items" Button Appear?

The "Match Items" button appears on your dashboard when:

  • The system detects orders in your customer account that failed to sync
  • The failure occurred specifically due to SKU mismatches between your marketplace and Skupreme
  • These orders require manual intervention to proceed with processing

How to Use the Match Items Feature

Step 1: Identify Unmatched Items

  1. Log into your Skupreme account
  2. Look for the "Match Items" button on your dashboard
  3. Click on the button to view all unmatched items that require linking

Step 2: Link Marketplace SKUs to Skupreme SKUs

  1. Review the list of unmatched items
  2. For each marketplace SKU that needs to be matched:
    • Select the corresponding Skupreme SKU from the dropdown menu
    • If the exact SKU doesn't exist in Skupreme, you may need to create a new SKU first

Step 3: Save Your Matches

  1. Once you've matched all items, save your changes
  2. The system will now be able to process the previously unsynced orders
