Tactical Warehousing uses two separate credential systems:
- 3PL Next Credentials - Required for core D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) operations
- Legacy Portal Credentials - Used for additional functionality like B2B shipping

When checking a client account, you may see an error similar to: #3pl@123# Client ID: 211
indicating missing credentials.
Explanation
This error typically indicates that the "legacy" credentials for the Tactical Warehousing portal (https://tacticalwarehousing.com/account/login) have not been set up.
Important Note
For standard D2C operations, these legacy credentials are NOT required. The system can operate normally with only the 3PL Next credentials properly configured.

If inventory is not appearing for a client connected to Tactical Warehousing, check for:
