Generate return labels for processed orders in Skupreme by accessing the order details and using the return label feature.
Prerequisites
- Access to Skupreme dashboard
- An existing order that has been processed
- Configured return processing center
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to Order Details
- Go to your Skupreme dashboard
- Go to the Orders Module and then choose the appropriate sub-module
- Locate and click on the order you want to generate a return label for
- This will open the order detail page
2. Access Return Label Options
- On the order detail page, look for the 3 dots menu in the top right corner
- Click on the 3 dots to open the dropdown menu
- Select "Generate Return Label" from the options
3. Configure Return Label Settings
- The system will default to your pre-configured return route processing center
- You can select a different destination if needed
- The system will automatically generate shipping rates based on your selection
4. Adjust Package Details (If Needed)
- If your order contains multiple quantities, you can adjust the quantity selector
- Package dimensions will automatically pre-populate based on the selected item
- Review the package details to ensure accuracy
5. Generate the Return Label
- Once you've reviewed all settings, click "Generate Return Label"
- The system will process your request and create the return shipping label
What Happens After Generation
Address Configuration
- Origin Address: Customer's address (where the return is shipping from)
- Destination Address: Your selected return processing center
Label History
- The generated return label will appear in your label history
- You can access and reprint the label from this section if needed
Important Notes
- Return labels flip the standard shipping addresses (customer becomes origin, processing center becomes destination)
- Ensure your default return processing center is properly configured before generating labels. This sets the default provider in the return label feature.
