Orders that have been identified as fraudulent.

We have a feature where we flag the order as Risky and keep it in the Pending Shipment List unless manually fulfilled. To enable this feature they need to allow Order Risk Settings on Catalog Settings.

It would typically need to be enabled first otherwise the order risk condition won’t be checked. It is a separate API check, so we only do it if the Org specifies they want to check for order risk fraud.
