Learn how to access the list of canceled orders
This article will provide you with guidance on how to access the list of orders that have been canceled from their original marketplace. To get started, follow the steps below:

Log in to your account and go to the Orders Canceled page.

Once you're on the Orders Canceled page, you will see a list of all the orders that have been canceled from their original marketplace.

The list will be organized by Marketplace and Region, making it easy to find specific orders.

Each order will have an Order ID, which includes the age of the order and the marketplace where it was purchased from and canceled.

To filter the orders, you can use the Marketplace or Region filters located on the page.

If you're looking for a specific product, you can use the search bar to search by SKU, UPC, Title, or ASIN.

If you want to create a new order manually, click on the "+ Order" button located on the page.

From there, you can choose to create a new order manually or import a Shopify Order Data CSV file.
