Integrating Carrier Services
This article guides users on adding credentials for selected Carrier Services
- Once inside your account, navigate to your Global Settings by clicking on the cogwheel at the lower left hand corner of your screen.
- Next navigate to the "Orders" tab.
- You can now toggle between "Order Mapping" and "Carrier Services" subtabs to adjust the corresponding settings.
Carrier Services:
- This section allows the user to input their credentials with selected carrier services which we integrate with.
- The last section of this page allows users to import Shipstation Item Package Dimensions. Currently users can only upload the CSV item export.
- Users can confirm that the package properties were uploaded successfully by checking on the item detail pages. Details can also be edited there.
