Integrating Carrier Services

This article guides users on adding credentials for selected Carrier Services

  • Once inside your account, navigate to your Global Settings by clicking on the cogwheel at the lower left hand corner of your screen.
  • Next navigate to the "Orders" tab.
  • You can now toggle between "Order Mapping" and "Carrier Services" subtabs to adjust the corresponding settings.




Carrier Services:

  1. This section allows the user to input their credentials with selected carrier services which we integrate with.
  2. The last section of this page allows users to import Shipstation Item Package Dimensions. Currently users can only upload the CSV item export.
    1. Users can confirm that the package properties were uploaded successfully by checking on the item detail pages. Details can also be edited there.
