Catalog: Resolving conflicts

Are you having trouble getting all your listings visible in SKUPREME or ensuring catalog accuracy with Listing Mirror? The solution might be as simple as resolving conflicts in your catalog. In this article, we'll show you how to identify and resolve three common types of conflicts: Missing UPC Codes, Duplicate SKUs, and Product Short Titles.


  1. To begin, view your catalog and check if any items are missing. If they are, it's likely due to a catalog conflict.

  2. Look for the "conflict" section on the left-hand sidebar. If there are conflicts, this section will be highlighted in red.

  3. Click on the red section to be taken to the catalog conflicts page.

  4. On this page, you will see a list of items that have been marked as catalog conflicts. The most common conflict is a missing or invalid UPC.

  5. To resolve a conflict, simply enter a UPC for the item in question and click "resolve".

  6. The conflict will now be resolved and the item will appear back in your main catalog list.

  7. Repeat this process for any other conflicts until your catalog is clean and all items are listed.
