Accessing and Using System Logs in SKUPREME

SKUPREME maintains detailed system logs that track important actions and changes made within the platform. These logs are accessible to authorized users and provide visibility.

 

How to Access Logs

  1. Navigate to the dashboard by going to https://app.skupreme.com/app/dashboard/
  2. Click on the "Logs" option in the navigation menu or go directly to https://app.skupreme.com/app/dashboard/logs/

What Information Is Available in Logs

The system logs capture various types of information including:

  • User actions (who performed an action)
  • Timestamps (when the action occurred)
  • Action details (what was changed)
  • Settings modifications (such as manual mode toggles)
  • Feature activation/deactivation

Example Use Cases

The logs are particularly useful for:

  • Determining who turned specific features on or off
  • Tracking when manual mode was activated for a customer account
  • Investigating discrepancies in system behavior
  • Monitoring changes made by team members
  • Auditing system modifications

Log Features

  • User Attribution: Each log entry shows which user performed the action
  • Timestamp: Precise date and time when actions occurred
  • Refresh Button: You can refresh the logs to see the most recent entries
  • Action Details: Description of what was changed or modified

Common Logs You Might See

  • Toggling manual mode on/off for shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • Account setting changes
  • Shipping method modifications
  • System integration status changes

Important Notes

  • Logs are organization-specific and will show information related to the organization you're currently viewing
  • Some advanced debugging might require development team assistance
  • Error messages in logs may require further investigation
  • The system maintains historical logs for auditing purposes

  • Changes to carrier availability may be logged when service disruptions occur
  • Customer account name changes will not affect the underlying organization ID
